The ‘Bop Daddy’ crooner –real name Folarin Falana — over the years has gone on to dominate the Nigerian entertainment industry, delivering several chart-topping songs and also become one of the most loved actors in modern times.

He is known for his charm and activism with the songwriter being one of the frontline protesters fighting against police brutality in Nigeria. Taking to social media to celebrate, Falz described how it feels like to hitting the big 30 amidst a political turmoil and outrage by the youths.

“Mixed feelings. It has been a week since we lost our brave soldiers at the toll gate. I have also now officially been on this earth for 30 years,” he wrote. “I pray for a much better tomorrow. I pray for a Nigeria that I can truly be proud to call home 🙏🏽”

Falz who have chosen to spend his special day at the first Lagos Judicial Panel hearing for SARS related cases is currently been highly appreciated by many who extended wishes on social media.
