5. Otumfuor Osei Tutu II, Ghana

Otumfour is a Ghanaian king who rules the Ashanti Kingdom. He was born in May 1950. Otumfuor Osei Tutu becomes the 16th king of the Asanti Kingdom having ascended the throne in 1989. He rules the kingdom which Ashanti Region in Ghana — a place known for mining gold. He is worth $10 million.
